There are absolutely no charges for consultation or visit. We are always willing to provide advice that adds value to our clients. Feel free to walk-in to our office and allow us to assist you!

What is our commission?

Zero brokerage for under-construction projects by leading and trusted developers.

We charge 1% on outright purchase/sale properties. 

We charge 1 month's rent for leave and license agreement.

18% GST Applicable.

50% payment is due at the time of registration and 50% at possession.
