A brief history

Classic Real Estate Consultancy was established in 1994 by founder Jayant Shetty.

We deal in purchase, sale, rent and lease of residential as well as commercial properties. We also deal in resale, pre-launch, under-construction, ready-to-move-in new projects by reputed developers with proven credibility. Our primary area of expertise is Thane but we also work in Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi, Navi Mumbai etc. We are MahaRERA registered.

Founder

The visionary behind Classic Real Estate Consultancy, founded the company with a deep passion for transforming the real estate landscape in Thane. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, he has built a reputation for our expertise in residential, commercial, property management, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

In addition to the real estate industry, he also works in the hospitality industry by owning and managing multiple restaurants in Thane.

Pradeep Mahadik

Pradeep is an experienced veteran in the industry and our oldest employee. He has in-depth knowledge of the real estate trends in and around Thane.

Satish Bhalerao

Satish has cemented his network amongst other brokers and will always ensure that your requirements are fulfilled.
